As part of my capstone business class, my team and I fulfilled the roles of management consultants for a semester long engagement with a simulated avionics and aerospace manufacturing company. I set out to create a name, logo, and branding palate that embodied our team, our work, and our industry.
The result is the CAMERON Group.
Our name is an initialism of the seven members of the team, as in consulting every voice matters. Our mark is a seven pointed star formed from repeating the number seven; a testament to our core strengths, individuality creating the whole, and stars being a key aspiration of the aerospace industry. The mark features a gradient from black to royal blue, chosen to align ourselves with aerospace titans and symbolize progress. Our font is Futura, chosen because of its light aesthetic, its sharp, dynamic angles, and by name.
